Erin Volk

Erin Volk is a dedicated real estate professional known for her strong community ties and people-first approach. Inspired by her own family, Erin is passionate about helping others across Idaho find a place to truly call home. She works with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to relocation clients, estate sales, and luxury properties—bringing the same level of care, strategy, and attention to each experience. Erin takes pride in simplifying the buying and selling process, replacing stress and uncertainty with clarity, confidence, and excitement. 

A Boise resident since 2004, Erin has been selling real estate locally since 2009. She holds degrees from Boise State University in Political Science and Elementary Education, which contribute to her strong communication skills and service-driven mindset. Growing up around the industry, she was influenced by her mother’s successful real estate career in Coeur d’Alene, shaping her path from an early age.

Erin is deeply committed to her community, with involvement that includes supporting local organizations and hosting regular drives and events that serve the local foster youth, military families, schools and homeless shelters. She sincerely believes that we are placed on this Earth to serve others.

Outside of real estate, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and entertaining. She and her husband, Tim, have two sons, Jaydn and Jack, along with their dog, Olive.
