Natalie Pratt

Meet Natalie, a true Idaho native who's been soaking up the beauty of the Gem State her whole life. She is a graduate from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Go Vandals! She also has a background in Title and Escrow along with property management experience for investment properties in Boise, which helps raise the bar when it comes to the service she provides. With her deep roots in the area, Natalie knows Boise like the back of her hand and loves nothing more than helping people find a place they can call home in this vibrant city.

Natalie’s passion for real estate is all about the joy of matching people with homes that fit their lifestyle. She believes in making the home-buying experience fun and memorable along with making sure her clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. The Treasure Valley has so much to offer and she is thrilled to share it all with her clients.

Outside of real estate, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family/friends and exploring Boise’s outdoors with her husband Chase and their golden retriever, Spud. These adventures keep her connected to the community she loves and serves!
